“ Its always tasteful visiting to t Nagar cafe karama, the food is authentic south Indian. They have variety of south Indian delicacies. Must try of snacks and sweets, especially walnut halwa. Must try restaurant in Karama! ”
“ If you want to have a proper Chennai tiffin and meals in and around Karama, this is the place to go. Very nice food for your taste buds and for your stomach as well. Range of the menu is cool with some local street delicacies from Madurai and Tiruchi. Some of the chutneys are really amazing in taste and the sambhar taste is consistent as well. Well behaved staffs and management. Some of the must tries are Kalyana Virundhu (Friday's afternoon meals) Podi Masala Dosa, Wheat Parotta, Pepper Idly Fry, Bajjis, Badam Halwa, Filter Coffee and Rose Milk (very nostalgic). You will get a range of savories like Potato Chips, Mixture, Kaara Sev, Kaara Bhoondi and much more. Ambient is fair and good but the space is comparatively smaller than the other local restaurants and you really have to wait for a period of time if you are visiting on the Friday afternoon. Rest assured you will really enjoy the food and its flavours to the core. With the updated menu and still a go to place for the snacks and savory. Especially the new Walnut Halwa.. ”

On weekends you can treat yourself with their 'Kalyana Virundhu', meaning the authentic lunch served on a wedding day in Tamil Nadu. So,missing marriages of Tamil Nadu in the UAE??!!
